The resources are delivered to you electronically. For that reason, we do not offer refunds.
However, if you purchase a membership and find it’s not a good fit, you can cancel at any time and will not be charged again.
Yes! When logged into your account, click on your account profile and choose Subscriptions in the dropdown menu. Turn the auto-renewal button off. You will have access to your membership until the expiration date.

No. You can create a password for your username. Underneath the orange sign-in link button is a link to create a password. Click that link and follow the prompts.
Click on the forgot password link on the sign-in page to have a password reset email sent to the email username on file.
No. Members can print materials for their own personal, homeschool, or classroom use only. Sharing of login and password information is strictly prohibited. We do track the IP addresses of member logins. If we have reasonable evidence that an account is being shared, your account can be suspended.
